Pre-Treatment
It’s important for us to have a complimentary consultation prior to treatment to ensure the best regime is chosen for you. Please ensure your Pap screening is up to date prior to planning your Plus90/Votiva treatment. Shave hair in any area that is to be treated the day before. Plan treatment when you aren’t menstruating or about to start your cycle. If you have a history of genital herpes simplex virus, I will provide you with a dose of a prophylactic antiviral medication to take orally the day before and after treatment to avoid any flare up.
Post-Treatment
PLUS90 / Votiva is essentially painless and has no downtime. You may see slight redness in the treated area, or may have slight discomfort during and immediately after treatment, but you are able to return to your daily activities immediately after treatment. Please wait 24 hours after treatment for intercourse.

How Morpheus8 Works
Morpheus8 improves tissue collagen and elastin production, tightens, and resurfaces your skin by using radiofrequency (RF) heat energy and microneedling with 24K gold microneedles. Pre-Treatment
Shave hair in any area that is to be treated the day before. Upon arrival, the treatment area will be cleansed thoroughly and a concentrated topical numbing cream applied. Once numb topically, I inject small doses of lidocaine just under the skin to optimize your comfort. If needed, inhaled nitrous oxide (AKA laughing gas) can be used during the procedure, though not usually necessary. If you have a history of herpes simplex virus or cold sores, I will provide you with a dose of prophylactic antiviral medication to take right before and after treatment to avoid a flare up.
Post-Treatment
The goal of aftercare post Morpheus8 is to support the skin and tissue as well as possible to heal effectively and quickly.

Pre-Treatment
It's important to recognize that the quality of PRP is dependent on your health. Ensuring you are eating a balanced diet, are well-hydrated, and not ill at the time of treatment provides the best natural product for your body.
Ensure to avoid:
Ibuprofen/Advil, Aspirin, multivitamins, fish oils, and vitamin D/E for 3 days
Consult with your doctor prior to stopping prescribed blood thinners or aspirin
Alcohol for 3 days
Smoking for 2 days prior and 2 weeks after treatment

How Hyaluronic Acid Dermal Fillers Work

Pre-Treatment
Your comfort is my priority. The treatment area will be cleansed thoroughly and a concentrated topical numbing cream applied. Once numb, I use a needle to make a small entry into the skin so I'm able to inject the HA dermal filler using a cannula, a small, straw-like catheter that glides under the skin easily. Results are immediate and long-lasting!
Post-Treatment
There is no downtime with HA dermal filler treatments. The filler can be malleable for 24 hours, so ensure to wear supportive but non-constricting underwear.
